Staff were great in person but not helpful or reliable over email

Only complaint is that people put their towels on the pool chairs early in the morning then go out for breakfast or lunch or back to their room effectively reserving the chair for the whole day. When someone is not using the pool chair, after 30 minutes the pool attendant should remove their towels and make the chairs available to other guests. The hotel should also post signs and give notice to guests that if they are not using the pool chairs they should remove their personal belongings so other guests can enjoy the facilities too!

El Hotel Caribe son recuerdos hermosos de mi infancia, siempre ha sido y será un lugar maravilloso. La atención del personal es único, de verdad sientes el compromiso que tienen con el huésped. Fue el fin de semana de nuestra noche de bodas y desde el primer momento, fue una estancia muy agradable y acogedora. Con el mayor gusto regresaría una y otra vez.

This was our second visit and its become so memorable we hope to set up an annual tradition to stay with you and visit Cartagena if we can make it more affordable. We are absolutely in love with the hotel, its staff and service and location. We hope we can visit again next year.

Todo perfecto, solamente al Tucán lo vi algo triste, no se le puede poner su pareja?

La temperatura del turco es muy baja. Pedí que la subieran pero el técnico dijo que era la máxima posible.
